Problem Overview
The yoga studio faced challenges with time-consuming manual tasks such as weekly & monthly reports. They also lacked transparency into the performance of their studios, classes, and instructors. This led to inefficiencies and slow decision-making.
They needed a way to:
- Identify bottlenecks in their processes
- Automate manual tasks to save time
- Identify their most profitable customer subscriptions
- Gain a competitive advantage through data-driven insights
At the outset, we analysed their existing, manual Excel dashboards. We identified that their approach was to weekly download multiple data sets and then to aggregate data in pivot tables.
As data automation experts, our immediate goal was to help streamline operations and free up resource time, prior to providing actionable insights.
